Third Party Advertisers - Referendum
Referendum Third Party Advertisers (RTPAs) can only advertise during Alberta referendums. After an RTPA has registered with Elections Alberta, the RTPA must file contribution reports each week of the referendum advertising period, and file a referendum advertising return within six months after Voting Day.
For the 2021 Referendum, the advertising period runs from August 9, 2021 to October 18, 2021. Weekly contribution reports are due on Thursdays - the last due date is October 21. We publish the reports on Fridays - the last publish date is October 22. The RTPA financial return is due by Tuesday, April 19, 2022. Click on an RTPA name below to view more details.
