Contributor Search - Quarterly Reports

The quarterly reporting requirement came into effect on January 1, 2013.  Registered political parties, registered constituency associations (up to 2021), and political third party advertisers are required to file quarterly reports for contributions received each quarter, including nil reports where applicable.  Quarterly reporting is based on each three month period of the calendar year (January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30, and October 1 to December 31), with a filing deadline 15 days after the end of each quarter.

Quarterly reports include contribution information only.  Contributions are any money, real property or goods, or the use of real property or goods provided to the political party or constituency association.  The reports include the contributor name and total amount for contributions over $250 received in the quarter, and the sum total of all contributions $250 or less received in the quarter.

Quarterly reports are disclosed on the Elections Alberta website as submitted by the party or constituency association.
